Job Description

  • Manage a 180-degree desk: Focus on candidate recruitment for both contract and permanent positions.
  • Identify and headhunt strong candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and advertising to find top talent.
  • Consult with employers: Understand their pain points and provide market knowledge and recruitment advice.
  • Adapt and innovate: Thrive in an agile, entrepreneurial environment and keep pace with industry changes.
  • Maintain strong networks: Follow up with candidates regularly to build and sustain a robust network.
  • Provide candidate advice: Assist candidates with their job search, careers, interviewing techniques, and resumes.
  • Meet and interview candidates and clients: Conduct face-to-face meetings and interviews on a daily basis.
  • Manage the recruitment process: Oversee job offers and negotiate salary packages.
  • Stay informed: Keep up to date on economic trends, market developments, and cultivate strong commercial awareness through research and networking.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with colleagues within the office and across the country to maximize Greystone Partners’ commercial performance.

  • Experience: 1+ years of entry-mid level recruitment and/or sales experience within Information Technology.
  • Recruiting Skills: Experience in recruiting for both contract and permanent positions.
  • Performance: Proven track record as a top performer.
  • Attributes: Confident, passionate, eager, resilient, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to build rapport with candidates and clients, especially at the executive level.
  • Problem-Solving: Consultative nature and strong problem-solving abilities.
