This rapid growth comes with increasing vulnerabilities and regulatory demands, prompting my client to move swiftly to protect global privacy through simplified email data protection.

As an established SaaS provider, my client offers customizable encryption solutions to a diverse range of multinational organizations in highly regulated sectors, including government, financial services, healthcare, legal, and manufacturing.

My client is seeking a Senior Sales Executive, U.S., to drive sales of their leading encrypted messaging cloud software platform in the American market. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional in business development and software sales within the security and messaging domain. The candidate should have established customer relationships within the mentioned sectors and a proven track record in cybersecurity sales. The position reports to the VP of Sales, with competitive compensation and a generous bonus structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a plan to penetrate targeted U.S. accounts using the company’s current success
  • Create opportunity plans for large target accounts, including strategies to replace legacy platforms
  • Build strategic relationships and sales execution plans to secure meetings and demos monthly
  • Collaborate with Senior Management, Engineering, Development, and Marketing to showcase the breadth and depth of the solution
  • Leverage extensive contacts to establish meetings and demos for target accounts
  • Communicate the business value of the technology solution effectively
  • Execute disciplined sales processes, leveraging existing and developing new relationships
  • Build and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline
  • Demonstrate ability to negotiate multi-year contracts successfully

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5-10 years of senior software sales experience, particularly in the cybersecurity market
  • Proven success in selling solutions or services at the executive level
  • Track record of exceeding individual objectives
  • Hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable speaking to both technical and business executives
