The Opportunity

We are looking to partner with experienced 360 recruiters who have built a strong book of business and want more ownership over their desk.

This is a commission-only model offering up to 70% of your billings, supported by a delivery-focused team to help you scale faster.

You focus on building relationships and closing deals. We support you in executing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow your desk as a full 360 recruiter
  • Leverage your existing client relationships and book of business
  • Drive new business development and expand existing accounts
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer
  • Partner closely with clients as a trusted advisor
  • Work with internal delivery support to fill roles efficiently
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
