Overview:
Our client, a global FinTech leader, is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join their Canadian team following a record-breaking year of growth. They’re seeking ambitious, positive self-starters who want to build a rewarding sales career within the Foreign Exchange (FX) space.
About the Role:
As a Senior FX Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business development by identifying and onboarding international companies operating in the Canadian market. You’ll be supported by senior leadership and equipped with world-class training to scale your career rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients to grow the client portfolio
- Develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, campaigns, and referrals
- Onboard and manage clients while cross-selling services and ensuring retention
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and client engagement
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and regularly report on sales progress

You Are:
- Experienced in sales or relationship management, ideally in financial services
- Comfortable in fast-paced, B2B client-facing environments
- Fluent in English and adept at communicating value to C-level executives
- Familiar with SMEs and the Midcap sector
- Entrepreneurial, motivated, and adaptable
- Background in FX, Banking, or Fund Management is a strong asset
