About the Firm

We are a growing, full-service Ontario-based law firm with offices in both Northern and Southern Ontario. Our legal team advises a wide range of clients across corporate/commercial law, real estate, litigation, municipal law, and estates.

As we continue to expand our Toronto office, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Law Clerk with strong corporate law experience to support our legal professionals and help deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents including corporate records, agreements, and court filings
  • Support corporate transactions including incorporations, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and maintaining minute books
  • Coordinate and complete corporate filings and registrations (federal and provincial)
  • Conduct title searches and assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions (as needed)
  • Maintain organized and compliant client files
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and third parties
  • Provide support for construction-related files or real estate development (as needed)
  • Perform legal research and provide administrative support for litigation and transactional work

Qualifications

  • Law Clerk diploma or certificate from an accredited Ontario institution
  • 3–5 years of experience working in corporate law is required
  • Experience in real estate and/or construction law is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with Ontario court procedures, corporate filings, and land registry systems
  • Proficient in legal software including Teraview, Unity, PCLaw, and MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Able to manage files independently while working collaboratively with a legal team
  • French language skills are a strong asset, but not required
