Marketing Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a growing technology company in the financial services sector. This role reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager and plays a key part in the Sales and Marketing Team, helping to shape and execute brand marketing strategies, sales enablement activities, content development, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to define annual marketing strategies and execution plans.
- Conduct market and customer research to gain insights on buyer needs and decision-making processes.
- Support product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.
- Plan and coordinate company involvement in industry events, trade shows, and semi-annual partner forums.
- Manage public relations, news releases, and marketing communications.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media activity.
- Manage social media channels, including content calendars, posting, and performance tracking.
- Leverage AI tools to support content development, keyword targeting, and digital campaign optimization.
- Oversee website content and updates within the CMS.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and creative resources to produce brand and product marketing assets.
- Coordinate client-partner communications, lead tracking, and satisfaction surveys.
- Manage relationships with strategic marketing, media, and promotional partners.
- Monitor and measure marketing performance through analytics tools (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for marketing initiatives, events, and social media monitoring.
Success Criteria
Critical Skills and Experience
- 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on expertise with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing and editing marketing content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
Valuable Assets
- Experience with CRM platforms for sales and lead administration.
- Event planning and tradeshow coordination experience.
- Exposure to customer relationship management, lending, or enterprise content management systems.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and design tools.
