About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing SaaS organization that provides advanced software solutions to healthcare providers. This role is critical to building the sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities.
As a BDR, you’ll be on the front line of outbound prospecting, connecting with practices across North America, and helping them discover how our platform improves operational efficiency, patient communication, and overall outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
- Introduce the company’s software solutions to healthcare practices and generate qualified leads.
- Engage with dentists, office staff, and managers via phone and email to build interest.
- Qualify opportunities and move them into the sales pipeline while filtering out non-qualified leads.
- Accurately track all outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead information in Salesforce CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
- Respond promptly (same day) to all emails, calls, and texts from prospects, clients, and colleagues.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on pipeline activity and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, strategy, and outreach approaches.
- Contribute ideas to improve the sales development process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation with a focus on high call volumes (100+ calls per day).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (Salesforce preferred).
