Role Overview
The Marketing Manager role is a newly created position designed to support business growth, brand awareness, and inbound lead generation. This is a hands-on role that blends brand building with performance-driven marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across email, digital, website, social media, and RFP support, while working closely with leadership and sales to strengthen market presence and support revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a marketer who can operate both strategically and tactically in a regulated, professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Build and execute marketing initiatives to support business growth and brand awareness
- Develop a balanced marketing approach across brand positioning and inbound lead generation
- Translate business objectives into practical, measurable marketing programs
- Partner closely with leadership and sales to align messaging and priorities
Email Marketing and Inbound Growth
- Own email marketing strategy, including campaign creation, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Support inbound lead generation efforts tied to sales growth
- Optimize messaging and cadence to support longer enterprise buying cycles
Brand, Digital, and Online Presence
- Own brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring professional positioning and clear messaging
- Oversee social media presence and content across relevant platforms
- Ensure marketing materials reflect a credible, compliant, and enterprise-ready brand
RFP and Proposal Support
- Support RFPs, tenders, and proposal responses with strong marketing and messaging input
- Assist with structuring content, visuals, and value propositions for enterprise opportunities
- Work closely with leadership to ensure submissions align with compliance and governance expectations
Collaboration and Team Support
- Work alongside a small existing marketing support resource
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and operations
- Support internal stakeholders with marketing materials and campaign execution
Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Track and report on campaign performance, inbound activity, and engagement metrics
- Continuously refine campaigns based on results and business needs
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in marketing within professional services, financial services, BPO, or regulated industries
- Strong background in email marketing and inbound lead generation
- Experience managing websites, digital content, and social media
- Exposure to supporting RFPs, proposals, or enterprise sales processes
- Comfortable operating in a newly created, evolving role
