Senior Account Sales Manager (Enterprise | Live Events & Show Systems)
Location: Toronto (Hybrid / Remote Options Available)
Compensation: Base $120,000- $125,000 Commission – $200,000- $300,000+ – (Total Package = $300,000- $500,000)

- We are a leading provider of live event production, show systems, and experiential solutions, working with enterprise clients and high-profile projects across North America.
- We are seeking a Senior Account Sales Manager to manage and grow a significant portfolio of business while driving new revenue through strategic client acquisition.
- This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who is experienced in closing complex, high-value deals and managing multi-million dollar client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring a book of business ranging from $2.5M – $5M+ in annual revenue
- Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across events, experiential, and production sectors
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with internal technical and production teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in live events, AV production, show systems, or experiential industries
- Proven experience managing a $2.5M – $5M+ client portfolio
- Demonstrated success closing mid-six to seven-figure deals
- Strong network within corporate events, agencies, entertainment, or production sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to grow within a high-performance environment
