Our client services dental practices across North America. Established in 2011 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, they also have offices in Toronto, ON, and Lehi, UT, United States. They are recruiting to add a Senior Account Executive for the Canadian market to their team.

Position Overview: This position involves a combination of direct selling into dental practices, cold calling into dental practices, building the brand through an Affiliate network, lead generation and follow-up, and hosting online and in-office software demonstrations with prospective clients.

There are also sales events, conferences, and study club evenings where travel and attendance will be required. This position reports directly to the Sales Team Manager.

  • Knowledge of the daily operations of a dental practice and the various roles of the dental team
  • Knowledge of dental scheduling platforms
  • Early adopter, comfortable with technology and ability to learn various new applications
  • Ability to generate and close new sales as per targets via direct selling and cold calling
  • Present and deliver educational information to potential clients to close sales
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
  • Track and report sales, leads, opportunities, and all activity accurately in our CRM software
  • Consistently follow sales process protocols to support downstream onboarding of new clients
  • Attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations and generate leads
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with other team members to ensure an appealing experience for every client
  • Willingness to travel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of dental sales experience OR
  • A minimum of 3 years dental hygiene practice, dental assisting experience, treatment coordination, or dental practice management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software (CRM)
  • Monthly overnight travel is required to your market area
  • Travel will constitute 20 – 30% of the work schedule (due to COVID-19, travel demands are less than normal, however, will resume in the future)
