Position Overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you will report to the President and be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, building brand awareness, managing key partner relationships, and enhancing visibility through various channels. You will ensure consistent brand presentation while managing a variety of marketing projects on time and within budget.

This role also involves staying up to date with industry trends to ensure content is unique, accurate, and current, as well as maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership and management of the marketing strategy

• Leading the development and execution of digital marketing plans

• Managing and growing the company’s social media presence

• Building brand awareness and maintaining relationships with key partners

• Overseeing and engaging in copywriting and content creation for email and social media campaigns (organic and paid)

• Building and executing lead generation campaigns

• Managing the direction and content of the website, along with digital marketing automation activities

• Monitoring website traffic and engagement, ensuring accuracy across all digital platforms

• Providing regular reports on marketing activities and budget management

• Staying informed of new marketing trends to enhance the product offering and client satisfaction

• Contributing to the success of the company by improving the computing and security experience for clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent marketing, communication, and content writing skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and composed under pressure

• Strong sense of accountability, independence, and initiative

• Creative thinker with the ability to spot opportunities

• Effective time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines

• Familiarity with SEO techniques and keyword placement

• Knowledge of workflow processes within a marketing sales cycle

• Ability to market innovative, highly differentiated technology solutions

• Passionate about improving the work experience for small and medium business professionals

Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years in marketing and/or communications

• 5+ years of professional writing experience, particularly in digital marketing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)

• Knowledge of cybersecurity or B2B experience is an asset
