Job Description:

Are you a results-driven, motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology? We are seeking an Outside Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will play a vital part in growing the company by identifying and securing new recurring revenue clients. You will also maintain referral-based relationships and generate leads to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with businesses to introduce our services, qualify them as potential clients, and close new business deals.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals by attending 3-4 warm appointments per week.
  • Own the sales process, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Review, manage, and assist in building our prospecting database.
  • Make 100 cold calls per week.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs.
  • Maintain a strong lead generation network through networking, referrals, and other activities.
