Officer, this role is an essential part of our client acquisition strategy and is ideal for

someone who thrives in an outbound, research-driven sales development environment.

This role will focus on identifying and qualifying new opportunities within regulated financial

institutions—particularly credit unions—and setting the stage for high-value enterprise sales

conversations.

Your Role

Outbound Lead Generation

● Research and identify prospective clients that align with ASAPP’s ideal customer

profile (primarily credit unions and community banks with $300M–$2B in assets).

● Conduct targeted outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to key

decision-makers.

● Personalize messaging based on institutional goals, market data, and product fit.

Lead Qualification & Handoff

● Qualify inbound leads and transition high-potential opportunities to the Senior

Account Executive or leadership team.

● Maintain high activity levels and follow-up cadences to maximize engagement.

● Schedule and confirm discovery calls and platform demo meetings.

Sales Enablement & CRM Discipline

● Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date, logging all outreach, engagement, and lead

disposition.

● Work closely with the Sales Operations Analyst to monitor performance metrics and

support pipeline hygiene.

● Collaborate with the marketing team on outbound campaigns and follow-up

strategies post-conference or webinar.

Industry Knowledge & Cultural Fit

● Develop deep knowledge of ASAPP’s product offerings and competitive positioning.

● Represent ASAPP’s values—Integrity, Fairness, Passion—in all internal and external

interactions.

● Participate in internal team meetings, enablement sessions, and company events.

Success Criteria

Critical

● 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, or outbound

prospecting (preferably in SaaS or fintech).

● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong research skills and the ability to personalize outreach at scale.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or

Salesforce).

● Based in Canada, with availability for occasional in-person team meetings or event

support.

Valuable

● Knowledge of credit unions, community banks, or regulated financial institutions.

● Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms.

● Demonstrated interest in fintech or digital transformation technologies.
